All of her life, Oksana was a part of an unnamed religious group in Russia
in which both of her parents were the leaders. She was an only child and her parents had high expectations for her.
One of those expectations was to be a great fighter. In the group,
all members were expected to know any form of combat. The main reason for this was for protection of not only for the
group but also for themselves.
Although she knew how to fight in the Steel Fan discipline, fighting
was not of Oksana's interest. Her real interest was reading and writing. She enjoys reading fantasy stories and
writing short stories whenever it came to her.
Unlike some families, her parents were accepting of her love for reading
and writing. However, they feared that her ability to fight would deteriorate and knew that something must be done.
Just after her 18th birthday, the decision was made. It was known
that fighters would travel the world and it has greatly improved their skills. Oksana's parents believed that this was
the best decision to help their only daughter. She was to travel the world to do just that. If she is able to
prove herself upon her return, then Oksana can have the chance to choose life the way she wants it to be.
Feeling very weary, Oksana took the opportunity knowing that afterwards,
she never has to fight again.
